Jose E. Selem, Managing Director and Founder
Jose possesses a degree in Architecture, with studies in Mayan Art History. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pronatura Peninsula De Yucatan, A.C., the main non-profit conservation organization on the peninsula, and has been a hotelier in the State of Campeche since 1976. Besides Spanish, Jose is fluent in English, Italian and French.
| Joaquin Pacheco, Operations Manager
Joaquin is a naturalist, bilingual (Spanish, Engligh) guide, certified by the Tourism Board, specializing in bird watching. He is also a PADI certified open water diver with a degree in Agronomy. An amateur nature photographer, the majority of the photos you see in our photo gallery were shot by him. Joaquin is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Pronature Peninsula De Yucatan, A.C.
| Edgar Garza, Manager at Cancun Office
Edgar has a degree in Hotel Administration, and a Masters in marketing. He is a PADI certified open water diver and his experience includes being a local tour operator since 1990. Besides Spanish, Edgar is fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese, and French.
