Reservation Policy
A deposit of $500 per person is required upon reservation. The balance of the cost must be paid two calendar months before the scheduled start. If booking two calendar months or less from the scheduled start, payment must be made in full.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking you must do so in writing. You will then be subject to the following cancellation charges. - Cancellations received more than 56 days before departure will be assessed a penalty equal to the deposit per person.
- Cancellations received 56-31 days prior to departure will be assessed a penalty equal to 50% of the total cost per person.
- Cancellations received within 30 days of departure are subject to 100% cancellation penalties.
If you do not pay the balance of the cost of the holiday two calendar months before departure, Peten Travels reserves the right to cancel your booking. Where a refund is payable there will be an administrative fee of $50 per person.
